Shipping and Returns
Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste .
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery！Thank you for your understanding.
If your item is unworn, like new, with all labels attached, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase (or within 14 days of selling the item). Please follow the guidelines below to complete the return form that came with your order and send it back to us with the returned item.
International returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item is defective, in which case please contact customer service and we will arrange to pay you. All merchandise returned to us in China from overseas must be marked on the customs declaration as a "returned item" and also include a printout of the email receipt you receive from us.
How to return?
Please fill out the return form that came with your order
Put this form in the original packaging or secure mailing bag with unwanted items.
Use the address on the return slip on the front of the invoice to process your package. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend posting tracking and signing to ensure safe delivery.
When you request a refund for a returned product, we will refund the cost of the product, but not shipping.
If you return a bundle or part of a full package, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.
Our goal is to pay the refund within 7 days of the return arrival.
We are happy to provide returns of any sale items returned to us at full price and in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Please note that when sending returns, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Always keep proof of postage.
Please note that we cannot refund return postage under any circumstances if you do not contact us in advance.
